Your VIP Day begins with a required intake assessment. Complete it within 72 hours of receipt so our team can prepare a session built around your business.
Scheduled at least 14 days before your VIP Day. We review your assessment, walk through the structure of the day, and you receive your VIP Day Prep Guide with expectations and logistics.
A 1:1, 8-hour intensive strategic planning day in the New Orleans Metro area. Through mapping, process improvement, and strategic planning, we work through goals, expansion ambitions, tools, and resources to scale your brand to its next stage.
After your VIP Day, our consultants write and create your ScaleSmart Plan — client acquisition, inbound/outbound marketing, recruitment and retention, systems implementation, and target financial projections. A scheduled consult reviews your plan summary and how to use it.
Three 30-minute virtual check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days after your VIP Day keep you accountable and on track through your scaling transition.
