About Carrita.
I'm Carrita Tanner-Cloud, an entrepreneur, marketing executive, strategist, speaker, and business builder with a passion for creating brands, companies, technology, and opportunities that drive growth and meaningful impact.
I'm the Founder & CEO of Creativity Justified, as well as the Founder & President of Carrita Cloud & Associates, Klevr, and the CJ Cares Foundation. Across these ventures, my work spans advertising and marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, AI, business strategy, education, and community impact.
Before entrepreneurship, I built my career in healthcare administration, supporting board members and senior executives at Ochsner Health and University Medical Center New Orleans. That experience shaped much of how I approach leadership today: with a strong focus on strategy, operations, execution, and building systems that allow organizations to grow.
Leadership & Service
I currently serve as Vice President of Administration for the Project Management Institute of Greater New Orleans (PMIGNO) and as a Board Member of The Center for Civic Transformation, formerly Urban Leaders Fellowship.
I attended Nicholls State University and the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans and hold professional credentials as an AI Certified Consultant, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt.
My work and leadership have also been recognized through honors including Inc.'s Female Founders 500, Louisiana Growth Leader, and Enterprising Women of the Year.
Beyond Business
Beyond business, I'm a wife to Denero Cloud, my partner of nine years, and the proud mother of four daughters: Kya, Keira, Gabrielle, and Chandler.
My path has never been perfectly linear, and that is a major part of what shaped me. I believe you can evolve, reinvent yourself, build beyond your original blueprint, and create a life where ambition, family, purpose, wealth, and impact can coexist.
