One of the most important phases of our framework. Our team writes all SOPs, policies, and procedures (Employee Handbook for Level 3) that become the foundation for your business' growth and scale. All documents are cloud-based and accessible to you upon completion.
We incorporate platforms, create workflows and automations to build custom systems for your business with the ability to scale as you scale. Each system is unique to your business, relying on technology to streamline the processes and procedures we create.
We begin implementing the systems into business functions, ensuring your internal and external systems complement one another to create a harmonious engine of productivity, performance, efficiency, and effectiveness for your business.
We train you and your team to engage with the systems. Depending on complexity, we create screen-recorded modules and training videos to support virtual and in-person trainings. On-site training is available for local Level 3 clients.
We revamp your external assets — which may include your website, landing pages, brand documentation, or other assets — and integrate parts of your systems with them wherever possible.
Once your assets are revamped, our design team provides continued management — website maintenance, social media management, ad management, marketing campaigns, brand activations, and assistance with launches.
In the final phase, we help you recruit, train, and engage new and current team members — focusing first on your core team, then expanding to the ancillary positions needed to prepare for scale in your business.
